Rain rain don't go away.

Dear rain, please don't go away,
For God's sake, you must stay;
With folded hands to you i pray,
There's a lot you need to wash away.

Let the snails enjoy, a longer holiday,
Let frogs teach their babies, how to capture prey;
I am okay with these dampness, and the cloudy day,
You care for all i know, so longer you must stay.

Let there be minor gaps, as entrance for sunray,
Let plants cook their dishes, in their special way;
Mother earth has high fever, says scientific survey,
I know you're a healer, you can cool down the clay.

If still you want to leave, it hurts but you may,
'God is upset with all humans', is the message you convey;
Yet i would do insist, dear rain you must stay,
Atleast for two more months, and a few more day(s).
